- Repair water leak in wall, remove carpet, tile, stone wall facing and built- in bar from family room ( and find a sheetrock taper for the new sheetrock he installed).
- Repair ceiling that had been poorly repaired by installing wainscoating.
- Install tub & shower surround and paint bathroom.
- Build steps off deck
- Install new interior and exterior doors (including painting some)
- Install new floor, door, and window trim (including painting)
- Trim finish newly installed window
- Repair front door fence broken by siding installation team.
- Remove sock from washing machine that was preventing it from draining.
- Sealed outside of foundation to keep mice out.
- Remove and replace old garage door opener.
- Install new garage door opener for 3rd stall
